By downloading, accessing, or using the Advanced Metrics app (the “App”) and its related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose

The App allows handball coaches and players to input, manage, and view sports statistics, as well as manage upcoming matches and player profiles.

3. Registration and Accounts

To use certain features, registration with an email and password is required. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Roles and Permissions

The App distinguishes mainly between Staff (coach/manager) and Player (player) roles. Permissions and access may vary depending on the role and team settings.

5. Acceptable Use

It is forbidden to use the App to enter false, offensive data, or for purposes other than sports management. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or removal.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the content, design, and functionality of the App belong to Consoli Señas Galán. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The information provided by the App is for informational and support purposes. Advanced Metrics is not responsible for technical or sports decisions made based solely on the data shown.

8. Modifications

We may modify the Services and these Terms at any time. We will post updates on this page along with the last updated date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and any conflict will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
